Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) define the conditions for accessing and using the Coach Veos service, available via the website coachveos.com and mobile applications (together, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Coach Veos is an AI-powered personalized running coaching service. The service includes:

  • Custom training programs generated by AI
  • Analysis of your running activities imported from Strava and/or Garmin Connect
  • Audio briefings and debriefs for each session
  • Progress tracking and continuous program adaptation

The service is provided “as is” and may evolve. Coach Veos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the features.

3. Registration and User Account

Access to the Services requires creating an account via Strava or Garmin Connect authentication (OAuth).

  • The user guarantees the accuracy of information provided during onboarding
  • The account is personal and non-transferable
  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
  • Any use of the account is deemed to be carried out by the account holder

4. Third-Party Integrations (Strava, Garmin)

Access to sports data requires the voluntary connection of your Strava and/or Garmin Connect account. The use of these platforms is subject to their own terms:

Coach Veos is not responsible for any modifications, interruptions, or unavailability of these third-party platforms.

You can revoke Coach Veos’s access to your data at any time by disconnecting your account from the app or directly from the relevant platform’s settings.

5. AI Coaching and Medical Disclaimer

Important

  • The advice provided by Coach Veos is generated by artificial intelligence and does not constitute medical advice under any circumstances
  • Coach Veos does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or certified professional coach
  • Consult a healthcare professional before starting any training program
  • The user is solely responsible for assessing their physical condition and adapting the proposed exercises

6. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose (personal running coaching)
  • Not attempt to access systems in an unauthorized manner
  • Not reproduce, copy, or resell content generated by the service
  • Provide honest onboarding information to ensure coaching quality
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good morals

7. Intellectual Property

The content of the service (interface, texts, algorithms, Coach Veos brand) is protected by intellectual property law.

  • Generated training programs are provided for personal use only
  • Any reproduction or redistribution of generated content is prohibited without prior authorization
  • The user retains ownership of their raw sports data (hosted on Strava/Garmin)

8. Limitation of Liability

Coach Veos shall not be held liable for:

  • Physical injuries or damage resulting from following training programs
  • Service interruptions of third-party platforms (Strava, Garmin)
  • Data loss due to voluntary account disconnection
  • Inaccuracy of data imported from partner platforms
  • Indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the Services

9. Modification and Termination

Coach Veos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • The user can delete their account at any time (see our Privacy Policy, deletion section)
  • Coach Veos may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these conditions
  • In case of termination, data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
